Customer satisfaction is Euro-Kitchen, Inc.'s top priority and we want you to be completely satisifed with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return process.
- We will ship your unit out approximately one (1) business days after your initial order if the item is available. You should receive your unit within 7-10 days after leaving our warehouse considering there are no delays with the shipping company or with any weather conditions.
- Upon arrival of your unit, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver IMMEDIATELY. For any damages you see, PLEASE WRITE IT on the Delivery Bill of Lading and YOU MUST HAVE THE DRIVER NOTE THIS WITH HIS OWN SIGNATURE AND WRITING AND KEEP YOUR COPY. Immediately contact us for more information. If the unit is signed without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. There is no way we can process the insurance claim with the freight company if signed (which means you received it in good condition). We will do everything in our power to help you on a claim if this shall come up. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. After writing "damaged" on the bill of lading, you have 72 hours to report the contents that are damaged to us. Please do not wait as this is very IMPORTANT, otherwise the freight company will not cover the replacement charges and you will be held liable.
- Please keep all boxes and original packaging. If the unit is damaged, the inspector will need to come and inspect the package to see how damaged it is and what they are able to file on the claim. If the boxes and packaging are missing, the freight company will state they are not liable since it can't be proven that they were responsible for such damages without seeing the crate/box.
- It is important that you inspect your package by opening it, please open it carefully and keep the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter for cutting tape. If the package is damaged, you may have to put the product back in the original packaging to prevent from further damage back to our warehouse.
- Please do not wait weeks or months to open up your package, please inspect it immediately even if you will not be installing the unit. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages the 72 hours after delivery.
- If a shipment comes in different boxes and it comes damaged, please only refuse the package that is damaged and we will ship you out a new part subject to availability. Again, if one crate is damaged, please only refuse the damaged crate back, not the entire unit.
- Delivery is subject to delays caused by limited product availability, freight company problems, or weather conditions.
- All sales are final and no refund will be accepted unless otherwise stated. If you are not satisifed with your purchase, please contact our customer service within five (5) days of delivery. All products (excluding SlickDeals) properly returned in new, unused condition inside its original packaging are eligible for refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. Note that some items are sold with promotional free shipping programs, customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs to and from both destinations including insurance of all return shipments. All return shipments will be inspected for any damage/missing parts. Upon receipt of the product, we will credit you for the total purchase price, less 25% restocking fees and shipping costs to and from the delivery location. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. No refund/credit will be issued for any damaged/lost return shipments.
- Please contact our customer service for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within five (5) days of delivery and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
